Do not try. Not recommended. I am only writing this extended text because the website strictly requires a minimum of 300 characters for the guide description. Seriously, this build is absolutely terrible and you should avoid it at all costs. If you actually use this setup in the game, your character will be completely useless. There is zero damage output, absolutely no survivability, and the stat distribution makes no logical sense whatsoever. I simply selected the most incompatible items and skills imaginable. If you try to play a match with this, your teammates will likely report you. Please save your time and look for a proper, optimized build instead. Consider this a definitive warning: do not copy this under any circumstances.
