1. Acceptance of these terms

By using metamist("the site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and Impressum.

2. What the site is

metamist is an independent, unofficial fan site for the game Mistfall Hunter. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Bellring Games. It is currently in beta — features, data, and layout may change without notice.

3. Accounts

Creating an account requires accurate contact information and is personal to you — don't share credentials or create accounts to impersonate someone else. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User-submitted content

Builds, comments, and other content you submit remain yours. By submitting, you grant metamist a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content on the site (and in previews of it, e.g. social share cards) for as long as it remains published. You're responsible for what you submit — don't post content that is spam, unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or is placeholder/test content with no genuine value.

We moderate the site to keep it useful: we may remove, edit, or noindex submissions that are empty, spam, duplicated test posts, or otherwise add nothing for readers, and we may act on valid takedown requests (see Contact). We don't remove genuine builds because we disagree with the strategy or the tone they're written in.

5. Game content and trademarks

Mistfall Hunter, its assets, names, and associated trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. References to them on this site are for identification and community-guide purposes and don't imply endorsement.

6. No warranty

The site, including build guides, game data, and quest content, is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Game data can go out of date after patches; community builds reflect individual opinions, not verified fact. Use your own judgment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, metamistand its operator aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by German law.
