Basic

Block

Raise the shield to block attacks from the front. Hold to maintain the shield stance, allowing movement while the shield is raised. In trio mode, blocking PvP damage consumes less Energy.

Impalement

Hold to cast Impalement: Thrust forward with your sword, dealing damage and gaining 2 stacks of Sword Tip. While in the Blade Edge or Strong Edge state, your travel distance is increased.

Stacked Slash

When a normal attack hits, gain 1 stack of Sword Tip. After gaining 6 stacks of Sword Tip, enter the Blade Edge state. While in the Blade Edge state, gain another 6 stacks to enter the Strong Edge state. Press the buttons to unleash Stacked Slash — enhanced during Strong Edge with increased travel distance, damage, and Super Armor.

Use victory wine to fill affixes to 5. they are listed in priority left to right. fervor is a flex affix you can change this to your preferred one

our talents turn whirling cut into a long range very fast dash use this to surprise enemies in the middle of fights when they make distance.

our LMB[HOLD] has enhanced dmg and distance when we have charged of LMB+RMB active use this to your advantage to catch enemies mid breakaway to keep them in an endless vortex of attacks.

Our LMB+RMB stace twice [4+4] giving us 2 potential uses. when you have it stacked twice [8 sword hits] it has enhanced dmg distance and super armor.

Use shield dash as another ability to keep the vortex going or when you predict the enemy is going to attack back at you. it blocks if you block and hit with this ability you will stun them gaining an extra hit.

and remember EVERY sword attack gives you sword tip stacks.

-1 for LMBs

-2 for thrusts

-2 for whirling cut -dash

-2 for each hit of whirling cut

keep track of this its a massive source of our dmg and mobility.

if you opt for a more defensive version drop the talents in whirling cut and pick up stonebreaker slash[ability] so punish melee enemies more.
